Cookie policy
This policy explains the cookies on the Doyle Homes Ltd website, what each type does and how to accept or refuse the ones that are not essential.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Some make the site work. Others tell us which adverts and pages brought you to us, so we can spend less on the ones that do not. We set advertising and measurement cookies only if you accept them.
The cookies we use
| Type | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps the quote form working, remembers that you have just sent a form and remembers your cookie choice | Up to 15 minutes for the form, and until you change your choice for the cookie banner |
| Attribution | Records which advert or page brought you to us, using click identifiers such as gclid and fbclid, so your enquiry is matched to the right source | 90 days |
| Anonymous identifier | Gives your browser a random code so repeat visits and your enquiry can be linked without your name | 13 months |
| Advertising and measurement | Google Ads and Meta tags that measure which adverts lead to enquiries. They load only if you accept | Set by Google and Meta, see their policies |
Consent mode
This website uses Google consent mode. Advertising and measurement storage is denied by default. If you accept, the tags switch on and report that an enquiry came from an advert. If you refuse, they stay off and the site works exactly the same.
How to change your choice
Use the cookie banner when it appears. You can also clear this site's cookies in your browser settings, and the banner asks again on your next visit. Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, and blocking the necessary ones can stop the quote form working.
